How to Book a Ride on Niklo Cab
Niklo Cab is a ride-hailing service for Pakistan that lets you book a Car, Rickshaw or Bike from your phone. The process is deliberately simple: no long forms, no complicated menus. Here is exactly how it works, step by step.
Step 1: Open the app and tap the + button
Open Niklo Cab and tap the + button. You will see a short greeting and the choice of vehicle. Everything starts from this one button, so you never have to search through menus.
Step 2: Choose your vehicle
Pick the vehicle that fits your trip: Car for family travel and longer distances, Rickshaw for short city trips and narrow streets, or Bike for quick, low-cost solo travel. The fare and availability depend on the vehicle you choose.
Step 3: Pickup is set by GPS
Your pickup location is set automatically from your phone's GPS. You do not need to type your address. Make sure your phone's location is turned on and you are standing where you want to be picked up.
Step 4: Type your drop location
Type the name of the place you want to go to. Just the name is enough — for example, a market, a hospital, or a neighbourhood. The app does not ask you to drop a pin on a map.
Step 5: Confirm the nearest driver
The app shows a popup with the nearest available driver. You will see the driver's details before confirming. If you are happy, confirm the ride; if not, you can cancel. This way you always know who is coming to pick you up.
Step 6: Stay in touch with ride chat
Once the ride is confirmed, you and the driver can talk through the ride chat inside the app. You can share small details, like an exact street corner or a landmark, so the driver finds you easily.
